Kunchakko's Ordinary : Hoping it be a Super Fast!!

Kunchakko Boban's upcoming film "Ordinary" started its shooting from October 2nd. The shooting started at Pathanamthitta, a place that is very familiar to me. The place is a very beautiful place with a lot of greenery and mountains surrounding the area. I know the place as I had done my Bachelor's Degree from a college near Pathanamthitta. Its one of the very few films that have been shot in that area. It was in the news that a very large crowd had gathered for the initial shooting at the Pathanamthitta KSRTC bus stand. The funny thing is that some of the KSRTC staff had even gone ahead and asked to be given a chance in the film.

The film is directed by debutante Sugeeth P S. Sugeeth has earlier worked as assistant under the famous director Kamal. The film is based around the life of a bus driver and conductor, for a KSRTC bus. The main cast of the film apart from Kuchakko Boban are Biju Menon, Ann Augustine, Vaigha, Asif Ali, Salim Kumar, Suraj Venjramoodu, Nedumudi Venu, Babu Raj, Sreetha, Sobha Mohan and Ambika Mohan. The other major roles are played by Jishnu, Unni Mukundan and Lalu Alex.

Kunchakko Boban plays the lead role of Iravi Kuttan Pillai, who is the conductor of a K S R T C bus flying between Pathanamthitta to Gavi. Biju Menon play the role of the driver of the bus. Asif Ali is acting again with Kunchakko after several successful pairing with him in the last one year. He plays the role of a character named Bhadran.

This film produced by N Sudheesh and Rajeev Nair under Lakshminath Creations and Magic Moon Productions. Vidyasagar has given the music for the film. The lyrics are written by Rajeev Nair.

Tips Getting Rid of Dandruff..

Dandruff is a problem that many of us face. It is a common skin problem, which is very irritating also. I not only affects the scalp, but also other hear-bearing area even if it has very small hair follicles. I am not going to explain the scientific reasons behind this, but tips on how to get rid of this condition.

When I was reading today's newspaper I thought of  writing some tips/remedies that you can do at home to get rid off dandruff. Before going to the remedies I will give you all some tips you can follow.

* We all use shampoo to wash our head. But always keep in mind don't pour it directly to your head, its not good. What you can do is take sufficient amount of shampoo in a cup, add little water mix it and then apply on your head.
* Choose three or four good brands of shampoo that is suitable for you and alternately use them.
* Experts says "shampoo daily" but I won't agree. I would suggest shampoo three times weekly.
* We all scratch our scalp when we get irritated because of dandruff but please dont do, it can increase your dandruff.
* Coming to food, reduce fried food and caffeine in your diet. Include vegetables, fruits, milk, eggs, brown and red rice.
* Drink 10 glass of water daily.
* Urad dal which we use in dosas if avoided gives you a good result.
* Those who are having dandruff clean your combs/brush regularly.If you can clean it daily, then well and good. While cleaning use two three drops of antiseptic lotion like dettol or savlon.
* Wash your bath towels daily with antiseptic lotion and dry it well
* Wash your bedsheet and pillow covers regularly with antiseptic.

Follow these tips with the remedies that you choose from below. This would give you better results.
Home Remedies:
1. Soak 7 to 8 almonds in water overnight. Make a paste of this and mix the almond paste with any oil that you use if its olive oil then well and good. Massage on your scalp for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep it for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash off with clean cold water.
 2. Put some beetroot in your mixer make a paste of it, mix with your henna and apply on your scalp. Keep it for 30 to 40 minutes then wash off with clean cold water.
3. CAUTION: Some people say lime juice or lemon is a good remedy for dandruff. Never apply lime juice to your scalp directly, it is very bad for your hair and scalp. But you can mix lime juice with any other things like your hair oil and apply that is another remedy for dandruff.
4. Sun dry some lime peel for 10 days. Immerse it in coconut oil OR warm oil and apply on your scalp. Keep it for 20 to 30 minutes and wash off with clean cold water.
5. When massaging your head with oil, use warm oil(olive, sesame, coconut etc) then dip a towel in hot water press of excess water and wrap this towel on the head for 2 to3 minutes.

Remember dandruff is not contagious, as it is simply dead skin. I hope these tips/remedies help you get rid of your dandruff troubles.

I just saw an news on the tele about a kitchen waste disposal system and thought it would be something that would interest people living in apartments especially. 

Renova Home Value Appliances Pvt Ltd  has introduced a new product "SMART FOOD KITCHEN WASTE DISPOSER" for domestic as well as commercial kitchen. This basically works as a waste disposal appliance. The main advantage is that is an be easily connected under kitchen sinks. The food wastes such as hard bones, left over food etc. that passes through the sick will be grinded and made to a paste like form by this appliance. It is an electrically operated device. The other advantage of the device is that it also helps in the creation of biogas.

Anyways the product is a bit expensive. It priced at around Rs12000, but if you think that you need a better waste disposal system at your apartment then this might be the thing for you.

Jayaram's : Swapna Sanchari Coming Soon!!

Jayaram's "Swapna Sanchari" is the next film of the actor being released this year. Its his and director Kamal first film together after a long break. The last film they had done together was "Kaikudanna nilavu" in 1998. Film's shooting had started of on August 1st at Thodupuzha. The film is being produced by Emmanuel Thankachan under the banner of Trueline Cinema.

Samvrutha Sunil is playing the role of the heroine in this film. This film is set to be a family cinema, with comedy and sentiments. The other main characters are played by Innocent, Harisree Ashokan. M Jayachandran has done the music for the film.

The film revolves around Jayaram character. He plays the role of a NRI, who promises many things to others but can not fulfill them. The story goes around him not being happy with the situation he is in.

Mohanlal's "Kerala Strikers" Comming Soon!!

Mohanlal's "Kerala Strikers" are set to rock the Celebrity Cricket League. This is a T20 cricket tournament for the celebrities of India. Kerala Strikers is jointly owned by Mohanlal, Lissy Priyadarshan and Shaji. The coach of the team is said to be Pankaj Chandrasenan Nair.

The official launch of the team logo would be done on October 6th. The whole team would be unveiled at the same event, in which Sourav Gangualy, Sohail Khan and other celebrities are expected to take part.

As per the latest news and information from our sources, Superstar Mohanlal is set to be the Captain of the team while the vice captain of the team would be Indrajith. Some of the other keys stars would be Prithviraj, Kunchacko Boban, Bala and Asif Ali, to name a few.

Kerala Strikers is managed by Idavela Babu, and promoted by AMMA (Association of Malayalam Movie Artists). "The rules for being a CCL team member are laid out. Each team should have six heroes who should have acted in at least three films, five character artists who should have acted in five films and one team member who should have acted as a hero in at least one film," said Lissy. "There is a cash prize of Rs.2.5 million for the winners," said Lissy. 

The first match of the second edition of CCL will take place Jan 21 in Hyderabad. Then the tournament will be held in the middle-east at Sharjah,  as there is a huge following of Indian films there due to the concentration of Malayalee's these. On Jan 26 at Sharjah, Kerala Strikers will take on the Mumbai team and the next day they will play the Karnataka team. On Jan 29, Kerala will play against Bengal team at Kochi. On Feb 4, they will play the Chennai team and the finals at Kolkata.

Orkut Oru Ormakoot : A Malayalam Star Kids Film

The film Orkut Oru Ormakoot is an upcoming Malayalam movie, which is expected to be released later this month. New actors are playing main roles in the film; they are Joe Sibi Malayil(son of director Sibi Malayil), Ben Lalu Alex (Son of Lalu Alex), Anu Mohan (Vinu Mohan's Brother), Vishnu Raghav(Son of still Photographer Gopalakrishnan) and Arjun Ashokan(son of actor Harishree Ashokan). Rima Kallingal is playing the character of Crystal who is the female lead in the film.

The film is jointly directed by Manoj-Vinod. The lyrics of the film is done by Rafeeq Ahmed. The music for the film is done by Leela Girish Kuttan.

The story revolves around four youngsters Abhi, Rooni, Suraj and Arun. They all come form good families in Kochi.  Like all youngsters, they are enjoying their life in the city. The story then takes a twist when the girl Crystal comes into the picture and how there life is going to be affected by Crystal.

 

The other major roles are played by renowned actors such as Nedumudi Venu, Jagathy Sreekumar, Suraaj, Arundhati Nag, Lakshmi and Surabhi. There are seven songs in the film; "Lifil 20 20" ,"Orkut Oru Ormakoot" ,"Hey Pularoli","Ambadi","Machila Kavile","Sarvam Brahamamayam" and "Saayyahnna Megham".

Prithviraj's Indian Rupee :First Review

Indian Rupee is the story of a well educated young man Jayprakash who considers money as everything in life.And to become rich easily and fast he enters into the real estate industry. But things did not go well and he becomes in debt of some crore rupees.The role of Jayprakash is done by Prithviraj.This film is directed Ranjith and is to be released on October 6.

Prithviraj, Thilakan and Rima Kallingal are playing the main role.The other actors are Suresh Gopi, Asif Ali , Bharath , Nedumudi Venu , Innocent , Lalu Alex ,Jagathy Sreekumar,Shweta Menon, Sreelatha , Mamukoya, Tini Tom, Mallika , Babu Namboothiri.
